- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain items, such as sale items or gift cards, are not eligible for returns.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted for defective or damaged items only. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened board game accessories, used toys, and perishable goods are non-returnable unless defective.
5. Return Shipping
